  • Client Management:
    • Support the Account Lead in building client relationships
    • Support the Account Lead at client meetings, calls, and reviews as required
    • Lead project-specific client meetings and calls, potentially involving multiple agencies
  • Project Management:
    • Lead complex projects, ensuring high-quality standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle
    • Establish clear roles and responsibilities for project team members
    • Set and communicate project timelines and priorities, notifying clients and internal workstreams of potential risks and suggesting solutions
    • Adhere to best practices and use project management tools
    • Lead regular project status meetings and ensure clear communication between departments
    • Build and maintain effective supplier relationships, manage contracting, and communicate with third-party suppliers
    • Maximize revenue opportunities on all projects
    • Workstream management: manage timelines for all workstreams internally and client expectations/deadlines
    • Project resource management: manage project team capacity and notify operations lead of concerns regarding sufficient support
    • Onsite management: conduct debriefs, manage post-event reporting, and lead client-specific SLAs and process requirements
  • Budget Reconciliation & Finance Management:
    • Manage complex budgets, pulling together multiple workstreams
    • Provide quotes for additional/out-of-scope items, ensuring associated management fees are added
    • Ensure client savings documents and negotiation trackers are completed
    • Keep track of financial changes, savings, and enhancements throughout the project, providing regular budget revisions to clients
    • Manage payment schedules with Project Finance to ensure invoicing dates and payment terms are met
    • Understand cash flow and work with Project Finance to manage
    • Ensure currency exchange is managed in line with financial updates and checked regularly
    • Limit impacts to margin by ensuring accurate and regular updates to in/out costs
    • Ensure team members are aware of hours allocated in budget and tracking against Clockify hours
    • Ensure prompt final budget reconciliation
  • General:
    • Provide mentorship and day-to-day support to junior team members
    • Ensure full understanding and adherence to PROJECT LAB 360 and operational process
    • Proactively suggest learnings or improvements for PROJECT LAB 360
    • Input timesheet activity daily
    • Ensure compliance with company privacy and security protocols
    • Ensure compliance with GDPR Regulations
    • Work collaboratively with the Board, Peers, and all teams to ensure effective delivery of client projects
    • Attend company training days and meetings as required
    • Undertake additional tasks as required to support the business
    • Manage and submit personal expenses and credit card reconciliations within specified timeframes
