About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Dalcour Maclaren. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering land and property advice and services to our clients, working closely with our clients and stakeholders to achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Motivate and manage a team to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality results.
- Develop and implement project strategies, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, helping them to achieve their business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to contribute to business growth.
