Job Description
- Oversee all aspects of the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects.
- Estimating and Buying takeoffs.
- Provide advice on contractual claims and support in disputes.
- Manage and maintain relationships with construction professionals, including site managers, architects, engineers, and contractors.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Quantity Surveyor should have:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A thorough understanding of construction methodologies and industry standards.
- Excellent numeracy skills and proficiency in cost analysis.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology.
