Technical Staffing Resources (TSR) is the in-house agency and master vendor for KBR, a leading global engineering, construction, and services company. KBR supports the hydrocarbon and government services markets on six continents, serving their customers through diverse business units with challenging assignments on some of the world's largest and most complex projects.

We are seeking a Construction Engineer on a 12-month contract based in Leatherhead.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement the project AWP procedure with internal tools and systems.
  2. Implement the AWP process with internal tools and systems.
  3. Drive the AWP process through Procurement, Engineering, Construction & Commissioning.
  4. Coordinate the AWP process with the Module Fabrication Yard and the Civils Implementation Contractor.
  5. Coordinate the SWP process with the MEI Implementation Contractor.
  6. Monitor Procurement and engineering process through AWP principles.
  7. Assist with the review and approval of Implementation Contractor job carding procedures.
  8. Identify opportunities through the AWP process to confirm construction readiness to commence work activities at site.
  9. Coordinate review and approval of Implementation Contractor job cards.
  10. Ensure the project schedule aligns with Implementation Contractor job cards resource levels and construction hours.
  11. Provide general construction engineering support to the project construction team.

Previous experience in a construction engineering, technical services, or AWP role is preferred.
