Operations Support Administrator

Stonegate Group, the UK's largest Pub Group with over 3,000 sites nationally, is seeking a proactive and professional Operations Support Administrator to provide daily administrative support to Senior Operations leaders. Working closely with the Leased & Tenancy Ops Support Team, this role will undertake administrative tasks, including providing support to divisions and business units, and planning large-scale events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Divisional Ops Team with travel logistics, accommodation, and expense administration for Business Unit Directors and Operations Directors.
  • Provide support to the Ops team during team absence and Ops Support team absence, including ad-hoc attendance at divisional meetings.
  • Anticipate departmental needs to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
  • Support the organisation of large meetings and events, including booking venues, liaising with the on-site team, and tracking attendance and accommodation requirements.
  • Perform general administration tasks, including raising POs and payments, regular collation tasks, and ad-hoc meetings and calls.
  • Assist in inducting Regional Managers into the business by creating Induction Plans.
  • Support the Team Manager with ongoing projects, including contacting stakeholders, arranging meetings, and following up on actions.

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and able to anticipate departmental needs.
