Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Instore Sales Field Team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, executing brand plans in store, and acting as a brand ambassador for our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth within our retailers.
  • Implement and monitor commercial plans, including promotions, feature space, POS, and product initiatives.
  • Proactively review performance with customer management teams to improve sell-through and grow business.
  • Develop knowledge and skills of our retailers' systems and procedures to deliver effective commercial initiatives.
  • Share best practices to maximize sales and focus on continuous improvement.
  • Establish and maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and retailers to ensure clarity of activities and plans.
  • Build strong relationships and agree incremental activation plans with key retailer regional and area contacts.

Requirements:

  • Commercial mind with experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Good understanding of numbers and key levers for driving sales.
  • Confidence to work autonomously and manage own workload.
  • Analytical experience with ability to interpret and evaluate complex data.
  • Proactive with ambition to develop a career in Commercial Sales.
  • Brilliant organizational skills with ability to manage own and others' time effectively.
  • Competent with IT systems, including Excel, PowerPoint, and customer-specific software.
  • Solution mindset with ability to turn challenges into results.
  • Full driving license.
