Your Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide excellent care and support to children in our residential settings, adhering to their individualized care plans and promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • To collaborate with colleagues, families, and external agencies to ensure seamless transitions and coordinated care.
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and practices that promote best practice in residential child care.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £31,785.00 - £32,286.80, inclusive of a sleep-in rate.
  • An hourly rate ranging from £12.50 to £13.10, with an additional £55.00 sleep-in rate per shift.
