Job Overview:

Sonderwell is seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver for Complex Needs to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with complex care requirements, enabling them to maintain their independence and live life on their own terms.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. You will work closely with clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences, providing personalized care and support that promotes comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality care to clients with complex needs, including those requiring paediatric experience
  • Administering basic life support for children, using oxygen via nasal cannula when necessary
  • Performing PEG feeding and operating nebulisers as required
  • Conducting oral suctioning and administering medication safely and effectively
  • Providing emotional support and reassurance to clients and their families during challenging situations
