Children's Support Worker

Job Introduction
At Acuity Care Group Limited, we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Support Worker to join our team. This rewarding role involves working with an individual living in Weymouth who requires around the clock support. The individual has a tracheostomy, which will require full management, and a PEG fitted in the near future.
We're looking for someone who is resilient, reliable, and empathetic, with excellent communication skills. If you're passionate about making a positive difference in someone's life, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support with all aspects of daily living, including personal care and housekeeping.
- Assist with clinical tasks as needed, ensuring the individual's safety and well-being at all times.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment, promoting the individual's independence and autonomy.
- Communicate effectively with the individual and other team members, respecting confidentiality and individual boundaries.
- Ensure adherence to care plans and guidelines provided, adapting to changing needs as required.
Requirements
- Full UK driving license (advantageous)
- Ability to commute to the Weymouth area
