Customer Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Delivery Manager to join our team at TransLink. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service to our passengers.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, monitor, and manage bus transport services to ensure safe and cost-effective delivery of customer service.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the business.
- Manage fleet and facilities to maintain a high level of presentation and efficiency.
- Control and utilize materials to meet business needs.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and delivering business change to transport services.
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, including English and Maths.
- Experience of working in a trade unionized environment.
- Experience in a first-line supervisory or management role.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office packages.
- Experience of successfully building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Full current driving license.
