Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team at TransLink. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of high-quality customer service for our bus public transport services.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, monitor, and manage bus transport services to meet the needs of the business
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service
- Manage fleet and facilities to ensure they are presented in a safe and clean manner
- Control and utilize materials to meet the needs of the business
- Assist in planning, organizing, and delivering business change to transport services
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, including English and Maths
- Experience of working in a trade unionized environment
- Experience in a first-line supervisory or management role
- Experience of using Microsoft Office packages
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Full current driving license
