Assistant Service Delivery Manager

TransLink is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Service Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of high-quality customer service to our passengers.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and monitor bus transport services to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to meet business needs.
- Oversee fleet and facilities presentation, as well as materials cost control and utilization.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and delivering business change to transport services.
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, including English and Maths.
- Experience of working in a trade unionized environment.
- First-line supervisory or management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
