Assistant Service Delivery Manager

TransLink is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Service Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering safe, cost-effective, and high-quality customer service for bus public transport in your designated area.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, monitor, and manage bus transport services, including staff recruitment, training, and development, fleet and facilities presentation, and materials cost control and utilization.
- Assist the Service Delivery Manager in planning, organizing, and delivering business change to transport services in your area, with safety, customer service, and commerciality as key drivers.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including staff, customers, and external partners.
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, including English and Maths, or at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar post.
- Experience of working in a trade unionized environment.
- Experience in a first-line supervisory or management role.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office packages.
- Full current driving license.
