Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Delivery Manager to join our team at TransLink. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our public transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, monitor, and manage public transportation services to ensure they meet the needs of our customers and the business.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality customer service.
  • Manage fleet and facilities to ensure they are presented in a safe and clean manner.
  • Control and utilize materials to meet the needs of the business.
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and delivering business change to transportation services, with a focus on safety, customer service, and commerciality.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, including English and Maths, or at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar post.
  • Experience of working in a trade unionized environment.
  • Experience in a first-line supervisory or management role.
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office packages.
  • Experience of successfully building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Full current driving license.
