Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team at The Access Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for providing reactive and proactive support to our clients, assisting the Account Manager in managing each client's requirements on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building and scheduling multi-channel campaigns to meet client objectives
  • Segmenting data, creating target audiences, uploading copy and images, and working with clients to ensure best practice is adhered to
  • Running and extracting database and campaign performance reports for clients and compiling monthly reports
  • Administrative duties such as submitting and monitoring tasks in our task management system, time-tracking, taking summary meeting notes, highlighting action points, next steps, and distributing accordingly
  • Validating tasks and projects before delivering them to the client, while ensuring that deadlines are met and clients are kept informed of progress

Requirements

  • Experience of using email platforms, social media management platforms, CRM systems, and review sites
  • A working knowledge of Excel and being comfortable working with numbers, as data is at the heart of what we do
