Job Overview

SideDish Media Restaurant Marketing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Liaise with clients through regular meetings, managing ongoing relationships and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise
    • Demonstrate a strong understanding of digital marketing practices, including SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing, and social media management.
  • Content & Campaign Management
    • Create content plans, organize video/photo shoots with our photographers, and manage social media accounts for clients.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with our internal team, maintaining daily communication to ensure we are delivering the best results for our clients.
  • Client Reporting & Education
    • Present results to clients, explaining campaign performance and discussing next steps to ensure continued success.
Requirements
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing.
  • Experience managing social media accounts and content creation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you must be comfortable interacting with clients and colleagues alike.
  • A proactive and energetic approach, bringing enthusiasm to the team and client meetings.
  • Ability to present and explain results clearly to clients, ensuring they understand the impact of our services.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating photoshoots or video production.
  • A good understanding of social media trends and content creation techniques.
