Digital Marketing Account Manager

SideDish Media Restaurant Marketing is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing strong relationships with our clients, ensuring successful delivery of digital marketing campaigns, and managing social media accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Liaise with clients through regular meetings, managing ongoing relationships and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of digital marketing practices, including SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing, and social media management.
- Content & Campaign Management: Create content plans, organize video/photo shoots with our photographers, and manage social media accounts for clients.
- Client Reporting & Education: Present results to clients, explaining campaign performance and discussing next steps to ensure continued success.
- Remote Working: Work remotely with flexibility, but attend client meetings as required.
- A solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing.
- Experience managing social media accounts and content creation.
- Ability to present and explain results clearly to clients, ensuring they understand the impact of our services.
- Experience coordinating photoshoots or video production.
- A good understanding of social media trends and content creation techniques.
