Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Administrator to join our team in Lisburn. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in helping our advisors provide financial planning advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the advisors by providing detailed client recommendations and ensuring all internal procedures are followed.
  • Update and record fund and product research for the internal investment committee.
  • Prepare and attend quarterly and ad-hoc investment committee meetings.
  • Liaise with advisers as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate records and issue updates to clients in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working in a Financial Services/Wealth Management company.
  • Preferably working towards a level 4 qualification.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the FCA's high-level standards.
  • Specific knowledge of the FCA's rules and guidance.
  • Understanding of relevant legislation such as FCA money laundering section of SYSC and JMLSG Guidance.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position will be between £25-30K per annum, depending on background.
