Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Administrator to join our team in Lisburn. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in helping our advisors provide financial planning advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the advisors by providing detailed client recommendations and ensuring all internal procedures are followed.
- Update and record fund and product research for the internal investment committee.
- Prepare and attend quarterly and ad-hoc investment committee meetings.
- Liaise with advisers as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records and issue updates to clients in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a Financial Services/Wealth Management company.
- Preferably working towards a level 4 qualification.
- Good knowledge and understanding of the FCA's high-level standards.
- Specific knowledge of the FCA's rules and guidance.
- Understanding of relevant legislation such as FCA money laundering section of SYSC and JMLSG Guidance.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position will be between £25-30K per annum, depending on background.
