Administrative Assistant – Financial Services

We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant – Financial Services to support our client's finance team in Antrim. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within a small to medium-sized organization. As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for processing various financial tasks including invoice management, sales order processing, and reconciliations. Your excellent organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure seamless execution of these duties.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Manage sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate fulfillment.
- Reconcile cash lodgements and postings to maintain financial accuracy.
- Verify invoices for correct costs and stock quantities.
- Collaborate with employees and suppliers to address discrepancies or concerns.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Salary Estimate: £25,000 per annum.
