Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our team on a full-time and permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading financial services company in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough research and prepare client valuations, application forms, and meeting documentation for annual reviews.
  2. Schedule Letters of Authority (LOAs) to providers and manage the return of policy documentation.
  3. Deliver exceptional customer service to new and existing clients through regular communication via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings.
  4. Utilize financial planning software to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  5. Foster effective relationships with external product providers to obtain policy-specific information.
  6. Remain knowledgeable about changes in legislation and processes impacting the role.
  7. Pursue additional responsibilities to enhance job performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Financial Planning, Pensions, or Investments
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Packages
  • Superior numerical and literacy skills
Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, ranging from £25,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
