We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our client's team in Co Antrim. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for the preparation of financial reports, analysis of financial results, and ensuring accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of management accounts, financial reports, and budget forecasts
  • Analysis of financial results, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing cost-saving initiatives
  • Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and cash flow statements
  • Assistance with year-end audit, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
  • Collaboration with external auditors to ensure smooth audit process

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in financial management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with senior management and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks
