At Baron's Eden, we're on a mission to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests. As our Group Revenue Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and maximizing profits for our award-winning spa and hotel destinations.

About the Role

As a senior revenue management professional, you'll be responsible for strategically coordinating revenue management processes and procedures to optimize revenue streams. You'll lead the commercial, yield, and distribution strategy for both properties within our portfolio, Hoar Cross Hall and Eden Hall.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize revenue and profits
  • Lead the commercial and yield strategy for both properties, ensuring optimal room rates and occupancy levels
  • Analyze booking patterns and trends to improve forecasting accuracy and yielding
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team and OTA partners to monitor campaigns and optimize revenue streams
  • Develop price models for seasonal promotions and events to optimize revenue streams

Requirements
  • Proven track record in revenue management at a senior level
  • Experience managing revenue for room bookings and food & beverage across multiple locations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full clean UK driving license
