Group Revenue Manager

Barons Eden - Head Office is seeking a highly skilled Group Revenue Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and profits for our hotel and spa destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize room rates and occupancy levels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns that drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze revenue data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the sales team to negotiate contracts and agreements with key partners.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with online travel agencies (OTAs) to ensure optimal room rates and availability.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure revenue growth and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in revenue management at a senior level.
  • Experience managing revenue for room bookings and food & beverage across multiple locations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full clean UK driving license.
