Group Revenue Manager

Barons Eden - Head Office is seeking a highly skilled Group Revenue Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and profits for our company by strategically coordinating revenue management processes and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in revenue management at a senior level, with experience managing revenue for room bookings and food & beverage across multiple locations. You will be able to report and analyze revenue gaps and performance data, and have a positive and proactive attitude towards problem-solving.

Key responsibilities will include reviewing rates against pickup and rate yield for different booking requirements and periods, creating new rate plans for promotional activity, and ensuring the lowest room type and best available rate is available across all booking dates. You will also be responsible for analyzing booking patterns and trends to improve forecasting accuracy and yielding, and refreshing and analyzing production reports to track the success of offers and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review rates against pickup and rate yield for different booking requirements and periods
  • Create new rate plans for promotional activity
  • Ensure the lowest room type and best available rate is available across all booking dates
  • Analyze booking patterns and trends to improve forecasting accuracy and yielding
  • Refresh and analyze production reports to track the success of offers and promotions
  • Compare and analyze actual performance against forecasted performance
  • Complete and send weekly and interim forecast updates to Forecast Group
  • Compare spa occupancy against forecasts using updated Business on the Books (BOB) reports
  • Liaise with the Marketing Team and OTA partners to monitor campaigns successfully
  • Develop price models for seasonal promotions and events to optimize revenue streams
Person Specification:
  • Proven track record in revenue management at a senior level
  • Experience managing revenue for room bookings and food & beverage across multiple locations
  • Strong ability to report and analyze revenue gaps and performance data
  • Positive and proactive attitude towards problem-solving
  • Experience in the hospitality industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full clean UK driving license
