Care Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Support Professional to join our team at Nexus Care Services.
This role requires a commitment of 20 hours per weekend and 4 out of 5 blocks. The blocks available are:
- Friday nights from 5pm to 10pm
- Saturdays from 7am - 2pm
- Sundays from 7am - 2pm
- Saturdays from 5pm - 10pm
- Sundays from 5pm - 10pm
The ideal candidate will possess reliability, dependability, empathy, patience, strong communication skills, problem-solving skills, and physical stamina.
Key Responsibilities- To provide high-quality support and care to our clients
- To maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
- To work effectively as part of a team and communicate with colleagues, family members, and other stakeholders
- To stay up-to-date with relevant training and development opportunities
- At least 1 year's UK experience in domiciliary care or within a care home setting
- A full UK driving license and access to a car
- Guaranteed, contracted work with weekdays off
- Paid mileage and double time on bank holidays
- Mental health support via counselling
- Paid training and no probation period
