At Acuity Care Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Complex Care Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to take on a leadership role in delivering high-quality complex care services.

About the Role

This role will involve working closely with our Complex Care Manager and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans for our clients. As a Senior Complex Care Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all clients receive high-quality, person-centered care that meets their unique needs and preferences.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing complex care services, including working with ICU/Spinal or Complex patients. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective care plans for clients, in collaboration with the Complex Care Manager and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide high-quality, person-centered care to clients, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with the Complex Care Manager to ensure that all clients receive the highest standard of care.
  • Conduct regular clinical visits and assessments to monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
Requirements
  • Degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Extensive experience in providing complex care services, including working with ICU/Spinal or Complex patients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Valid UK driving license and access to own vehicle.

  • A competitive salary of £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus a £3,000 car allowance.
