About Unique Senior Care
We provide outstanding home care services in the Midlands, supporting predominantly the elderly.
We offer bespoke packages of personalised companionship and care to the elderly to help them maintain their independence and continue to live in their own homes.
We pride ourselves in being different to many home care providers by offering a minimum of 1-hour call times and continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all client calls are covered by a staff member and that all scheduling is completed in advance of placements.
- Maintain compliance of Unique Senior Care Policies and Procedures.
- Ensure that the business maintains 24-hour availability via an on-call rota.
- Manage all care processes from initial enquiry, whilst maintaining agreed standards.
- Work to agreed KPI's and submission of reports on a timely basis.
- Involvement with recruitment and training of staff.
- Supervision and appraisal of Live In Caregivers.
- Capacity management, liaising with the recruitment department.
- Ensuring Caregivers have the correct support & training.
- A forward thinking approach in constantly improving retention.
- Care consultations.
