Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Support Professional to join our team at Philosophy Education, supporting individuals with complex needs in a caring and challenging environment.

The successful candidate will work under the direction of the class teacher to assist in all aspects of learning, providing care, welfare and support to enable participation and development of abilities.

Key responsibilities include assisting in implementing individual education plans, either in groups or one-to-one, and working closely with the teaching staff to achieve optimal outcomes.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: Enfield, North London

About the School: Our school is an Ofsted Outstanding institution with a dedicated team of staff members, catering to 162 pupils aged 3-19 with severe complex needs.
