Job Description

The Philosophy Education team is seeking a dedicated and passionate Education Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs in our innovative SEN school. As an Education Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters the growth and development of children with complex needs.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the education and well-being of children with special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Epilepsy, Physical disabilities, hearing impairments, and visual impairments. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to adapt to the unique needs of each child.

The salary for this position is approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and career growth within the organization.
