Job Title: Complex Needs Teaching Assistant

Salary: £22,000 - £27,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.

We are seeking an experienced Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to join our team and support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.

As a key member of the school's team, the successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement strategies to support pupils' educational, social and emotional needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing individualised plans to support pupils with complex needs.
  • Providing one-to-one and group support to pupils.
  • Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement strategies to support pupils' educational, social and emotional needs.
