Job Title: Teaching Assistant for Behavioural Needs
At Long Term Futures Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality education and support services. Our Behavioural Needs Team is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team and work with Key Stage 2 pupils.
About the Role:- This is a Full-time, Long-term contract with the potential to become permanent.
- The salary for this role is £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, based on £95-£105 per day.

- Support pupils with behavioural needs, using evidence-based strategies to promote positive behaviour.
- Develop and implement Individual Behaviour Plans (IBPs) in collaboration with teachers and SENCOs.
- Conduct assessments and monitor student progress, identifying areas for further support.
- Provide individual and group support to students, promoting social skills, self-confidence, and a positive attitude towards learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
