SEN Teaching Assistant Role

**Role Overview:**This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students. You will work closely with the class teacher to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapt lessons to meet the diverse needs of students. Your expertise and patience will be invaluable in supporting students with autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
**Key Responsibilities:**- Work 1:1 and with small groups to ensure students can access the curriculum.
- Assist the class teacher with IEPs and adapting lessons to meet diverse needs.
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging student progress and independence.
