SEN Teaching Assistant Role

We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide individualized support to students with Autism, non-verbal communication needs, and SEMH challenges.
Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 or 2:1 support for students with Autism, non-verbal communication needs, and SEMH difficulties.
- Assist in delivering tailored learning interventions and activities to meet the individual needs of each child.
- Previous experience working with SEN students, especially those with Autism and SEMH needs, is essential.
- DBS clearance is required.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient approach to working with children.
- Ability to commit to a full-time role on a long-term basis.
The salary for this position is estimated at £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
