Role Overview: As an SEN EYFS/Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the educational journey of our students. Your primary responsibilities will include working within the Early Years department, carrying out Phonics, Spelling, Reading & Writing groups and 1:1 sessions, and supporting mild Special Educational Needs pupils.

Key Responsibilities: You will work closely with our experienced teachers to deliver high-quality educational programs, support students with mild Special Educational Needs, and contribute to the overall success of our school.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have a degree from a reputable university, a good understanding of the EYFS curriculum, and CACHE level 3 certification. A strong background in teaching and learning, as well as excellent communication skills, are also essential.

Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
