We are seeking a skilled and supportive individual to join our team as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering tailored support to students in small groups or one-to-one, adapting learning materials to meet individual needs. You will also cover and deliver lessons when the teacher is absent, provide guidance and encouragement to help students build confidence and develop independence, and collaborate with teachers, therapists, and external agencies to support student outcomes.
We offer a competitive salary range of £116 - £125 per day, making us one of the highest paying schools in the area. With a focus on providing exceptional education and care to our students, we are committed to attracting and retaining top talent.
