Young Adults Support Specialist

We are looking for a Young Adults Support Specialist to join our team in Enfield. As a key member of our Children's Leaving Care Team, you will provide essential support to young adults who have been previously looked after by the Local Authority.
Key Duties- Support young adults aged 18-24 years old, working closely with Social workers.
- Manage a caseload of up to 25 young people, engaging in various activities such as office-based work, visits, and community meetings.
- Help young people transition from being a Looked After Child to independent living, collaborating with relevant agencies and services.
- Deliver high-quality support, empowering young people to achieve their care and health goals.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver efficient services, adhering to local policies and procedures.
To succeed in this role, you will need an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, a current CRB, and a car driving license. Our hourly rate is negotiable dependent on experience and pay scheme selected, but we expect it to be around £22-£28.
