Care Support Specialist

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Care Support Specialist to join our team at Enfield Council. As a key member of our reablement services, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults to regain their independence and confidence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide comprehensive support to service users, including planning and implementing care plans to maximize their development.
* Collaborate closely with the therapy team to implement reablement plans and prescribe necessary equipment to aid independence.
* Foster effective relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals to ensure seamless support.
* Assist with the induction and job training of new colleagues to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
**Requirements:**
* Level 3 NVQ/QCF qualification in Adult Social Care or equivalent.
* At least two years of experience in supporting vulnerable adults, preferably in a reablement setting.
* Proficient in IT, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to maintain accurate electronic records and adhere to safety and information security protocols.
**Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
