Job Details

This part-time opportunity is available to individuals who are passionate about supporting vulnerable adults in their own homes. As a Home Support Specialist, you will work closely with clients to identify their needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to meet those needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments to identify client needs and preferences
  • Developing and implementing care plans
  • Providing support and companionship to clients

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work independently. In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive hourly rate of £10.00 per hour.
