Care Leader Opportunity in North London

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead and manage care services for children with complex health needs in North London.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of clinical and care staff to deliver safe, high-quality care.
  • Develop and review personalised care plans that meet the needs and preferences of children and young people.
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, particularly for Personal Care and Treatment of Disease, Disorder, or Injury (TDDI) services.
  • Foster strong relationships with children, families, local authorities, and healthcare providers.

This is a key leadership role where you will oversee clinical service delivery, inspire a passionate team, and champion best practices to maintain quality assurance across care services.

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (Child/Paediatric) or equivalent healthcare qualification.
  • Leadership experience in managing care services for children with complex needs.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and experience in managing compliance.
  • Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills with a passion for improving care quality.

A full, clean driving licence is required as you may need to travel between service locations. We offer ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including opportunities for career growth and professional development.
