About Our Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers and patients.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. A competitive salary of £20,000 - £24,500 per annum is offered for this rewarding position.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  2. Manage mailboxes and emails, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries.
  3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Bupa policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office packages.
  • Experience working in a team environment.
  • AUDIO TYPING skills.
