Role Overview

This is a senior leadership role that requires a strong track record of achievement in care management. As a Care Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and growing two Ofsted-regulated homes, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.
  • Overseeing placements and working closely with a dedicated team to support children's growth and well-being.
  • Contributing to the SC2 Ofsted application during your notice period (if applicable) and consulting part-time to prepare for a seamless start.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year as a Registered Manager, ideally with a track record of achieving Outstanding Ofsted ratings.
  • Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Expertise: Extensive experience with Ofsted processes and requirements.
  • Commitment: A proactive, child-centered leader who is ready to drive excellence across multiple homes.
