About the Role:

  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of engineers and contractors to deliver excellent hard services.
  • Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure compliance with regulations and minimize downtime.
  • Risk Management: Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential hazards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the facilities team to support projects and drive continuous improvement.

You'll need:

  • Relevant building services qualification (e.g., Electrical bias)
  • Experience in hard services management or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with health and safety procedures and regulations
