  • Research Director - Pharma: Lead the research and insights team at Impatient Health, a dynamic and innovative company driving change within the pharma industry.

About the Role:

  • We're seeking an experienced researcher to join our team as Research Director - Pharma, responsible for overseeing all aspects of research and insights within the company.
  • This role will involve collaborating with the broader research team to develop business strategy, identifying new opportunities for growth, and evaluating existing product offerings.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive research strategy, incorporating both qualitative and quantitative methods, to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and project delivery, resulting in successful business outcomes.
  • Leverage your expertise in research design and facilitation to create engaging workshops and events, fostering meaningful connections with clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to inform research methodologies and recommendations, and ensure the team remains at the forefront of research excellence.
  • Mentor and guide junior researchers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, and contribute to the development of the research team.

About You:

  • You're a seasoned researcher with significant experience in managing projects and leading cross-functional teams, preferably within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and are comfortable presenting research findings to senior industry leaders.
  • You're a creative problem-solver, adept at navigating complex research challenges and developing innovative solutions, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy.
  • You're enthusiastic about sharing your knowledge and expertise with others, contributing to the growth and development of the research team, and are committed to delivering high-quality results.
  • You're excited about innovation and eager to experiment with new tools and methodologies to improve research processes.
