Join Us at Glasgow Caledonian University as a Director of Research and Knowledge Exchange Services. In this role, you will lead our research and innovation efforts, working closely with the Pro Vice-Chancellor Research to develop and implement our research strategic plan. You will lead the development of a newly formed research directorate, manage comprehensive research services, and play a key role in the development of a strong REF submission.

The successful candidate will have executive-level knowledge of the higher education sector, as well as experience in building meaningful relationships with academics and professional staff. They will also bring expertise in knowledge exchange, research policy, and legislation relevant to research and postgraduate research. We estimate that the salary for this position will be around £80,000-£100,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
