Key Account Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our successful Accountancy Field Sales team at IRIS Software Group.
This pivotal role is instrumental in advancing our growth strategy by cultivating strong relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling solutions in the Accountancy sector.
Main Responsibilities:- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and aligned with our products and services.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our Accountancy products and services to effectively present them to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Selling skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Account management skills, including territory planning and whitespace analysis.
- Presentation skills, negotiation, and objection handling.
- Effective communication, rapport building, and time management skills.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and account management, with a deep understanding of the Accountancy sector and its trends. In return, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
