Internal Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced administrator to support our external sales team and work closely with our service department.

This is a brand new role, offering a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Duties:
  • Following up on quotations sent by the technical sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Creating service quotation renewals and carrying out follow-up processes on all quotations provided by the sales team.
  • Proactively maintaining existing business relationships, ensuring customer requirements and expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Working intensively with SAP and completing daily CRM activities, including data recording relevant to customer interactions, projects, and orders.
  • Generating supplier quotations and quotes to support the Technical Sales Team.
  • Quote follow-ups and other administrative tasks.

This is a varied role that requires a high level of organization, time management, and attention to detail.

We are looking for an experienced administrator who has supported a sales team in the past and has experience with SAP or similar CRM systems.

Requirements:
  • Supporting customers with large-scale project development.
  • Effective time management and meeting strict deadlines.
  • SAP CRM and quoting systems experience (or similar).
  • End-user point of sales experience.
