Job Title: Administrator

Reed is seeking an experienced Administrator to support their external sales team and work closely with the service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow up on quotations sent by the technical sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Creation of service quotation renewals and follow-up process on all quotations provided by the sales team.
  • Proactively maintain existing business relationships, ensuring customer requirements and expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Intensive work on SAP and daily completion of CRM activities, including data relevant to customer interaction, projects, and orders.
  • Supplier quotation requests and quote generation to support the Technical Sales Team.
Requirements:
  • Experience supporting a sales team in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SAP CRM and quoting systems or similar.
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • End-user point of sales experience.
