Internal Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced administrator to support our external sales team and work closely with the service department. This is a brand new role, offering a unique opportunity to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow up on quotations sent by the technical sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Creation of service quotation renewals and follow-up processes.
  • Proactively maintain existing business relationships, ensuring customer requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Intensive work on SAP, with daily completion of CRM activities.
  • Supplier quotation requests and quote generation to support the Technical Sales Team.
Requirements:
  • Experience supporting a sales team, ideally with SAP or similar CRM system.
  • Strong time management and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • SAP CRM and quoting systems, or similar.
  • End-user point of sales experience.
