Job Title: Wedding Sales and Event Planner

Change Hospitality is seeking an experienced and passionate Wedding Sales and Event Planner to join our elite team and take our bespoke wedding services to the next level.

Job Summary:

As a Wedding Sales and Event Planner, you will be the key point of contact for clients seeking high-end, bespoke wedding catering and event management. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the sales process, understanding their vision, and bringing it to life by planning and executing luxurious, unforgettable weddings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Consultation & Sales:
  • Lead initial client consultations to understand their needs, preferences, and vision for their wedding.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by building strong relationships and showcasing the value of our premium services.
  • Event Planning & Management:
  • Manage all aspects of wedding event planning, including timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, and on-the-day logistics.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create tailored menus that align with the couple's preferences, themes, and event style.
  • Coordinate with high-end vendors (florists, decor, entertainment, venues) to ensure flawless execution of every detail.
  • Client Relations:
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a personalised, luxury service experience from start to finish.
  • Act as the main point of contact throughout the planning process, providing timely updates, handling any changes, and managing client expectations.
  • Sales Strategy & Reporting:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the high-end wedding and event market.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation and conversion of inquiries.
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in wedding planning or event management within the luxury hospitality and catering sector.
  • Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering exceptional quality.
  • Creative flair with a passion for curating bespoke, luxurious events.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
