Weddings and Social Events Coordinator

About the Role

As a Weddings and Social Events Coordinator, you'll be responsible for planning and executing weddings and social events at our luxurious Andaz London Liverpool Street hotel. You'll work closely with our events team to ensure every detail is perfect, from the initial consultation to the final farewell.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to and converting event enquiries
  • Planning and invoicing events, including proactively reaching out to previous bookers
  • Maintaining our website and other marketing channels to showcase our venue
  • Attending operational meetings and sharing key information with relevant departments
  • Daily site visits to ensure everything runs smoothly

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll also need to be proactive, flexible, and able to work well under pressure.
